XLS9 Series Surge protective Device
Product Description
Surge protective device of XLS9 (thereinafter referred to as SPD) is used as a protector during the indirect lightning strike, direct lightning strike or other transient over voltage for the power supply system TT, TN-S, TN-C-S, IT or AC 50Hz/60Hz,380V.
SPD accords with GB 18802.1/IEC61643-1.

One group transformation of remote indicating contact switch 11 no-load, 12 and 11 normally open, 14 and 11 normally closed

Structure
Type XlS9-20 is mounted at LPZ1 or at the juncture site of section LPZ2 and section LPZ3. The connecting copper leading wire is of 2.53.5mm2. Its usually mounted at in front of the following places or inside the nearest socket box: the electric distribution box of the user computer equipment, information equipment, electronic equipment and control equipment.
Remote indicating contact
The protector can be made into with remote indicating contact which includes one group of change-over contacts 11 no-load, 11 and 12 normally open,11 and 14 normally closed. Remote indicating contact include one group of normally open contacts 12 and 14, If one of more modules of the protector fail working, the contact will be closed and send out failure information.
