XLS7 Series Surge Protective Device

Application Range:

Surge protective device of series XLS7(thereinafter referred to as SPD) is used for the power supply system TT,TN-S,TN-C,IT, etc. of AC 50Hz/60Hz,rated voltage 380V and used to protect the surge that is affected indirect lightning strike and direct lightning strike or the surge of other transient over voltage.

SPD has the mode of protection of Common Mode(MC) and Differential Mode (MD).

SPD accords with GB 18802.1/IEC61643-1.

Structure Characteristics:

1.      Single pole design. It can be combined into single pole or triple pole SPD.

2.      SPD is one port type with protection against electric shock. Its fixed installed indoor and is voltage limited type.

3.      A release device is built inside, so that when SPD the breakdown of SPD fails due to over-heat, the release device can release itself automatically from the electricity network, and at the same time gives the indicating signal. When SPD works normally, the visual window shows white, and red when the failure releases.

Installations and Application:

1.      Its mounted at the juncture site of section LPZ1 and section LPZ2 with standard track of 35mm and  copper connecting wire of 4-35 mm2, the length of which is not larger than 500mm.

2.      Each pole of SPD must be equipped with protection with fuse or miniature circuit breaker.

3.       SPD can be combined optionally into single phase or triple phase device according to the demand of the users.
